Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, they were on the smaller side and had a somewhat dated feel. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests. The location was convenient, close to the city center and gondola, but in need of an update. When it came to dining, the options were limited, and there were additional charges for various amenities. Overall, it offered a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms offered great views of the falls and mountains, but they were a bit dark and not very soundproof. The service was friendly, with lots of local knowledge shared, but the dining options were limited and overpriced. The location was fantastic, right next to the start of some trekking routes, but securing a table at nearby restaurants was a challenge.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were not very well insulated against sound, but I did appreciate having a balcony. The suite with a large living room and separate bedroom was a nice touch, even though the rooms were quite small and somewhat dated.

The hotel's location exceeded my expectations. It's perfect for setting off to explore the passes and is extremely close to the gondola up the mountain. Although a bit quiet, it's a little off the beaten path but close to the town center.
