Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, they were on the smaller side and had a somewhat dated feel. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests. The location was convenient, close to the city center and gondola, but in need of an update. When it came to dining, the options were limited, and there were additional charges for various amenities. Overall, it offered a decent stay with some room for improvement.
